Langebaan Divers

A diving centre and academy at Club Mykonos, taking people from their first breath underwater through to working as a dive professional. If you have never dived, Try Scuba is the place to start: three hours in confined water with an instructor beside you, learning how the gear works and three basic skills, and you come away with an SSI recognition card.

From there the Open Water Diver course is theory you study in your own time plus six training dives, and qualifies you to dive anywhere in the world to 18 metres. Anyone from ten years old can learn. Advanced, Rescue and Divemaster courses follow on for those who want to keep going.

Already qualified? They run shore-entry and boat dives along the West Coast, plus snorkelling and seal snorkelling. Wetsuit, mask, fins, booties, regulator, BC, cylinder and weights are all supplied on the courses, so bring a towel, sunblock, a costume and water. Prices aren't published, so ask when you book.
