About this
Langebaan's Saturday morning ritual, run at Langebaan Country Estate over a mix of trail and paved paths. Free and timed, and it draws every pace from racing snakes to walkers. Register once on the parkrun website, bring a scannable barcode — no barcode, no result — and you're set for life at any parkrun in the world. Afterwards everyone piles into The Range at the estate for coffee. Note that dogs are not allowed on this course, as it runs through a conservation area.
Times shift with the seasons and the wind. Always double-check directly before heading out, and know your own limits — especially in open water.
