About this
A small fleet of old-timer Vespas, with automatics for anyone who would rather not work a gear change, and a sidecar if you fancy being driven. It is a genuinely good way to see Langebaan: the town is compact, the roads out to Mykonos, Shark Bay and the national park gate are quiet, and a scooter gets you between the beach cafés and bars without hunting for parking. Rates run from R95 to R675 a day depending on the machine. Guided tours can be arranged on request. Run by the same people as the guesthouse on Park Drive — book on WhatsApp.
Times shift with the seasons and the wind. Always double-check directly before heading out, and know your own limits — especially in open water.
