Beach Breakaway sits directly on Langebaan Beach: the lawn runs out to the sand and the braai is set where the two meet. Both bedrooms are en-suite, and the open-plan living area opens onto the view — guests write about watching dolphins from the window and the sunsets more than anything else. It sleeps four, with Wi-Fi, DStv and a workspace if you need one, a cot if you are travelling with a baby, and parking for two cars. The Cape Sports Centre is a two-minute walk for kite and windsurf gear, and you can launch straight from the front. There is a restaurant next door, which is handy — you can order a meal onto your own terrace — though it does mean the terrace is not entirely private. A cafe sits across the road.
