Down Time

Megan's flat sits in Middedorp, close to the shops and Main Beach but off the busy tourist streets — which is the whole idea of it. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed and enough cupboards that you need not live out of a suitcase, a full kitchen, and a living room with somewhere proper to sit.

The bathroom and the washroom are separate rooms, which two people sharing a small flat tend to appreciate. The Wi-Fi is strong enough to work on, and check-in is by lockbox, so you arrive when you arrive.

Outside is the best of it: a large covered patio with a braai, walled and shaded, so you can sit out even when the Langebaan wind is up.

Pets are welcome. Megan asks only that they stay out of the carpeted bedroom and off the lounge couch.
