Kabeljou & Lagoon — both cottages
About this home
The whole property: two adjacent cottages taken together, which is how two families travel here without living on top of each other. Each cottage has its own kitchen and its own covered braai room with a view, and the outdoor areas are shared — huge Balau decks, a communal braai, a pool and a KolKol wood-fired hot tub.
Five bedrooms sleep eight in total, with three bathrooms between them. There's a washing machine here, a dishwasher, and undercover parking for two cars. The same ping pong table, trampoline and double kayak as the Lagoon cottage, because it's the same property.
Dirk describes it as an old-style West Coast holiday house in the oldest, most established part of Langebaan — people come to walk, get on the water and braai. It's a residential street: no parties, and no music or noise after 22:00.
