The Blue Room

A cheerful blue self-catering room two minutes' walk from the beach by Friday Island, close enough that you can hear the waves. One double room with its own terrace, a kitchenette for the basics, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Jo and Jeremy host it themselves, and it shows in the reviews — guests come back for the welcome as much as the location. Pets are allowed, which several guests have brought along, and the beach, the shops and a convenience store are all within walking distance, so a car is optional once you have arrived.
