Waters Edge sits right on the beach at Langebaan, two minutes from the lagoon and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. It is built for a group: six bedrooms, four of them en-suite, sleep twelve, and the kitchen is kitted out to cater for them with two fridges, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. There is an entertainment room with a pool table and table tennis, and an indoor lounge with a braai of its own for when the wind is up — plus a courtyard with a round fire-pit braai. The upstairs main bedroom opens onto a large balcony with another braai and a view over the water, which guests name more often than anything else about the house. Stephen lives in Langebaan and meets guests on arrival.
